Sadly service was extremely slow with apparent disconnect between wait staff and kitchen. Otherwise exactly the same! Food was great when it finally arrived, tasted exactly like before. Great quality. Prices also appeared to be stable. But don't expect to be rushed in and out like before. We weren't running up a bar bill and they could have turned our table probably twice in the time we spent there. So make sure you have time to spare when you go. Note: I'm referring to a Saturday night experience but we were sitting by 6:15 latest.

Sweet little hide away. It's pure pub. Good eats.... more than just bar food. Nice seafood selection. All very reasonably priced. The gals serving you? They're the bomb! Nice casual dining with a couple of beers.

Happy to say they stayed true to the previous ownership & didn't change much. Great prices, good food, & friendly service.

Cozy place but super friendly environment. Great service. Super tasty food. French onion soup is beyond this world. Genuine alcohol is served there (you get what you order without alcohol alterations) I do recommend this place.

Surf and turf special was great for Valentine’s Day. The place has new owners, but the food is exactly the same and maybe even a little better. The soda used to be watered down but now it’s normal. And it’s a little brighter in there than it used to be. Glad it didn’t close!

This place is about the food far more than the drinks. When we got there, I went over to the bar to have a quick look at their scotches and bourbons to see if they had anything interesting. Not so much so. If I were them, as a pub, I'd definitely up my booze game - makes it hard to give a higher rating, though they're really more a 3 1/2 than a 3. Also, parking is terrible, I ended up parking a few blocks away.Aside from that, I loved the look and vibe of the place. The waitress was friendly and obviously working very hard running around tending to everyone by herself. The food is well-portioned, pretty well priced, and quite good.

Been eating here for about 20 years. Ownership has changed hands a couple times but the food remains great and reasonably priced. Friendly staff & good beer as well. Wish they were open for lunch a little more often but it is what it is. Enjoy.

Really good dive bar/restaurant with friendly staff who serve drinks along with very inexpensive, ridiculously delicious seafood and more. My mouth is watering just thinking of their stuffed shrimp.

Sundays are never the day to eat here as they usually run outta the specials and the menu gets limited..great appetizers of garlic shrimp, and fresh shrimp,crab was delicious..Wednesday thru Saturday is definitely the times to take advantage of the full menu and specials

One of my favorite hidden gems for amazing food!

DP's is great. They serve slightly smaller portions, but the food is always good and fresh. Not the kind of place you ask for a wine list, but the food quality is great.When they get busy, the kitchen definitely struggles, but the wait is worth it. The only reason I give it 4 stars, is that with a few small changes, they could improve the experience there ten-fold. Problem is, they haven't changed since my dad was a kid. That's kind-of the charm, though.

Great local pub. Very small. Great appetizer menu. Dinners not so much. We go often and just order appetizers. The seafood is very good. Don't forget to top the visit off with their famous Irish coffee or two. Parking is difficult.

Best place in the area for seafood at a great price. Go you won't be disappointed.

Been going there for 30 years. They raised prices across the board. The food was just not that good. Could be the end. Very disappointed.

Very good, black sea bass was excellent, only complaint was that they changed their fries to crinkle cut from steak fries, they still were cooked correctly though

Dive bar environment but the food is AMAZING!!! Please visit. It's not a date night place, not even a fun hangout... But the food is WELL WORTH IT!!!

Charming hole in the wall with great food. Go in order a bunch of reasonably priced apps and enjoy. The breaded mushrooms, garlic fries, Buffalo shrimp and anything else I've tried is delicious and for a great price.

Great seafood and great prices. You can't beat that.

Bad experience with the food, I ordered the house specialty, I ordered the meat well done and they brought it medium well and the worst, it was so cold that it seemed to have been prepared hours before, I ordered a corona beer and they brought me a different one. There is no variety of bottled beer, the majority is light, not a very good experience especially in my case that I have a special guest to know the site.

You need to Post Weekly's Specials. Your 2 weeks behind. It's not the first time.

Food was good but it was way too dark I could not see

Food is delicious however the new owner needs to higher more waite staff. Appetizer took 45 minutes to come out, salad another 30 as I am writing this still waiting for my shrimp scampi 2 hours and 45 minutes later. They say sorry we are swamped...poor excuse I have eaten here before and it never took this long. I finally got up and left with out my shrimp scampi, couldn't wait any longer. The table next to us a young boy was still waiting on his food when other members of his party got served. That is not how to serve customers at the same table.

Best sliced steak around. Staff is very friendly. Service is fast. Food is terrific! Gets very busy in the evening. Parking is hard to find.

I've been waiting FOREVER for this place to open back up and the food never fails. Still just as good as before they closed. MUST try!!!

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. I can't count the number of times my wife and I sat at the bar and got wasted while enjoying some of the tastiest, highest quality food you could ever imagine a "pub" serving. Reasonable prices all around. Friendly service. Easily one of my favorite places in the state. For real.

Still the great place to go have a drink and a quick dinner that won't cost you an arm and a leg and the food is actually still delicious and enjoy the garlic fries

went back to the newly reopened DP's.. and happy to say it's the same menu and the same prices! A/C is working ( even in this heatwave of July!) . Wife loved her Cosmo that was icy cold. Enjoyed the juicy plump fried clams as appetizers along with garlic bread, stuffed shrimp ( it had lots of crab flavor and crabmeat within the mashed potato stuffing; It was actually better than previous visits from last year!) and the shrimp parm was plentiful and also just as delicious. Get the cannoli's for dessert; a perfect ending to a meal!
